    A CUT ABOVE THE REST

    The world’s finest USDA Prime, upper 2/3rds Angus beef and USDA Choice steaks, chops and other premium meats come from Stock Yards®.


    USDA PRIME

    Containing slightly abundant to abundant marbling – only 2-3% of all cattle processed qualify for the USDA Prime distinction. This abundant marbling delivers the utmost in beef flavor, texture and tenderness.


    STOCK YARDS ANGUSTM BEEF

    Upper 2/3rds Choice Program. Certified by the USDA, we set the standard for quality upper 2/3rds Choice Angus beef. Our experts have created a specification for Angus beef that delivers consistently high-quality, flavorful and tender beef that your guests will immediately recognize, exceeding the government’s exceptionally high criteria for maturity, marbling, color, firmness and absence of defects. Our program has been assigned a USDA G-schedule number (G-22), and can be reviewed through USDA’s AMS service record.


    USDA CHOICE

    Containing small to moderate marbling, USDA Choice grade always delivers good beef flavor, texture and tenderness. Just over half of the beef graded each year earns this grade. 

  • Pork

    Iowa Premium Pork


    Since 2005, we’ve been proudly providing private-label, ABF pork to grocery stores across the country. All antibiotic-free pork comes from Midwest farms, and all of our pork products are prepared, processed, and packaged to the strictest standards at our facility Hospers, Iowa, arguably one of the greatest small towns on the planet


    Certifications.


    Because our herds do not receive antibiotics, we take great care in managing every aspect of the animal’s health. Our facilities protect them from disease. Our farmers strictly monitor their vegetarian diet to ensure it doesn’t contain the animal byproducts found in conventional feed. We continue this adherence to quality throughout the lifespan of the hog and beyond, and we are certified in these rigorous standards from our farms to your tables.

  • Chicken

     Patuxent Chicken.


    We only use Restaurant grade chicken. Smaller breast for tenderness and great flavor.

    From many flovors to choose from.


    Our chicken wings are 1 st and 2 nd joint which mean you dont get the tips and you dont have to get your hands dirty cutting them up. With many flavors to choose from, or if you like to get your own flavor with our many other seasonings, we have you covered with unseasoned wings. Just ask any of our butchers to fetch some. 


    Our Boneless Thighs are awesome. They have minimal fat and along with Chef Meritos chicken seasoning have on outstanding flavor.
