Monday is for Meal Prep !!!
Here is an easy one!!
Grab one of our spatchcock chicken already seasoned..
-Add any additional seasonings you like.
-Pre Heat over 375
-Heat up Avocado oil in a cast iron skin side down for 6-8 minutes then turn and do the same on other
-Add any veggies you want cooked in chicken goodness. We added baby potatoes and carrots
-Put whole pan in oven you pre heated for 50-55 mins (internal temp of 165). You can add a bit of herb butter on top for crispier skin.
-Let it rest for 10-15 mins
You can shred it for meal prep or serve as is!!
